Distributed across the South and Midlands of Singarth, bearing the Royal Insignia
Good Citizens of Singarth,
I am your King; my forebears have guided and secured this nation for nearly a century, and I have loyally protected you from overbearing Empires and barbarian hordes. I have need of you now. I call you to arms, I call you to the cause of your country's flag and nobility. A pretender sits in the halls of Mormount, not a drop of God-given right in his veins; a devil who seduced my daughter and polluted her mind against her own kin. Singarth has ever stood on the founding values of loyalty and dignity, and both have been disgraced thanks to the clumsy nature of a rebel warlord.
William Alexston is a threat to the security of this country, to your homes, to your fields and to your families. He brought this war to bear, and must be punished for his brash assumption of power. He is a heathen; he has gathered Scytran warriors and magicians to his cause, no better than the Cinn, and has allied himself with unholy elements and rogue, power-hungry, faithless corners of the Saegar Church. Only the faithful can uphold the crisis of the Church - and I know you to be faithful, God-fearing people.
You must rally now. In the name of your King, Country and God, the time is now. I know many of you will live in places that are undefended, without castle nor army, and I offer you this; feed my men, and they will gladly guard your halls from the ravages of this Warlord and his whore General. Bread and water can turn the tide of this war, even as bread and water have sufficed for your Saegar Shepherds for all time.
Those of you with passion and honour in your hearts, do what you can. Enlist in the King's Army and be a part of the righteous quelling of this ignorant, reckless rebellion, make bandages, forge swords, blend poultices; we have need of all of you. No man is unimportant in this time of need - the Country is in your hands.
I beg of you, hear its call, before its wounds bleed it dry.
- King Cylas Robarthe, Lord of Singarth
